My medicine comes from walking alongside life’s tender thresholds—spiritual crossroads, grief, illness, death, the sacred in betweens.
I listen with my whole being, honoring the words you speak and the ones you can’t yet say.
I am a space holder for your becoming, a light when the path feels dark, a witness to your deepest truths.
My offerings are for those navigating illness, grief, or spiritual crossroads. For the women who long to feel seen and deeply understood. For the ones ready to sit with what is broken and begin the gentle work of mending back to wholeness.
I grew up as a seeker and a boundary-pusher.
At sixteen, I lost my sister and best friend, and my world cracked wide open. That loss made me fluent in the language of grief.
Motherhood at twenty-three was my turning point. I labored alone, and the nurse who stayed by my side became my lifeline — a presence that inspired my path into medicine. For more than two decades since, I have been at the bedside—guiding patients through suffering, tending the thresholds of life and death, and offering care that remembers the human soul.
In those early years, I discovered my gift for holding sacred space at the end of life. I remember tending to a man who was dying without the dignity he deserved. Before his family came to say goodbye, I bathed and shaved him, speaking gently as I worked. For me, it was simply love in action. For those who witnessed it, it was everything.
In my work in palliative care, I’ve seen again and again how presence is as vital as any treatment. I’ve also been on the other side—as the mother of a daughter whose long road to a diagnosis taught me how devastating it is to be dismissed. That experience called me to become a different kind of provider—one who listens deeply, seeks the true root of the wound, and tends to the whole person.
A few years ago, the end of a relationship brought me to my knees in a dark night of the soul. In that breaking, I found a deeper spiritual truth — and so much healing through writing and the vulnerable act of sharing my words. I now offer that same invitation to others: to explore your wounds through your words, and to discover what is ready to be spoken into the light.
My journey has carried me through Ayurveda, integrative medicine, trauma therapies, energy work, and psychedelic-assisted healing. Through it all, my deepest devotion remains the same: to be fully present with you in your becoming.

Our father had been suffering from dementia related cognitive decline for a few years. As is often the case, at the end of his life, his cognitive decline became much more accelerated. It was hard for me, my brothers, and my sisters to watch this happen to the man who had always been a pillar of strength throughout our lives. Sharin understood that.
You could feel her heartwarming sincerity as she helped us understand what was happening with our father, and the level of care she gave him as his situation worsened. We will forever be indebted to her for how wonderful she was with him, and our entire family.
